A great chief and a famous host of his reality TV series “The Naked Cook”, Jamie Oliver, compared unhealthy packed lunches with child abuse. He often criticized parents for giving children unhealthy packed lunches. Trying to raise awareness in regards to cooking and healthy food, Jamie was supported by the TV presenter Kristie Allsopp and olympian Victoria Pedleton outside one of Jamie’s restaurants in London.
“I’d say some are close to child abuse so I think we’re all talking about school dinners here, yes let’s, let’s do it and let’s do it properly.” Disagreeing with the Educational Secretary Michael Grove regarding nutritional standards, Jamie added: “There’s still a lot to be done and I guess from the big picture you want the most hardest to reach kids, the most at risk to be looked after efficiently.”

The cook has won the prestigious TEDPrize this 2010 and his Food Revolution Day was celebrated with events in no less than 75 countries worldwide. No wonder he has some issues with the nutritional standards. Jamie is renowned for his method of promoting healthy eating and always wants to inspire people to “make a stand for good food and essential cooking skills.”
Jamie takes the healthy food related issues very seriously as he states his opinion on health risks: “For the first time in history we’ve got more people dying from diet-related diseases and eating too much than from eating too little, we’ve lost our way with food and we need to get back on track before it’s too late,” .
The famous cook looked exhausted after he Hosted His Food Revolution Street party but he did cuddle with his daughter Petal. His children have quite special names such as: Poppy Honey Rosie, ten, Daisy Boo Pamela, nine, and Buddy Bear Maurice, two, told Gurgle magazine: “They all have more than one name because I couldn’t decide.”.
