People usually ask “Can you dress when you’re losing weight” or “Can zinc skiers squeeze your waist?” I have questions.
The answer is yes and no – not very helpful, I know.

Putting pajamas on top of the pizza is the opposite. If anything touches my stomach while I eat, I will be more aware when I am full. And when it comes to nutrition, I would say that eating very large portions is my main problem.
